'Stand a Chance to Win a Special Invitation to Jacky Cheung "A Classic Tour" Encore 2018 (Live In KL)'
Terms and Conditions

  1. This campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by Allianz Malaysia Berhad (“Allianz”) for participants to have an opportunity to win special invitations to attend the Jacky Cheung “A Classic Tour” Encore 2018, live concert in Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur (“Concert”) subject to Terms and Conditions as follows.
  2. Campaign Period
  3. This Campaign shall run from 16 August 2018 to 26 September 2018, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  4. The Campaign will be held in two (2) stages on the dates below to announce the winners of the special invitations to attend the Concert on 7 October 2018:-
    1st stage announcement: 30 August 2018
    2nd stage announcement: 26 September 2018
  5. Eligibility and Participation Criteria
  6. This Campaign is open to all individual customers of:
    • Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad ("ALIM"); or
    • Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad ("AGIC"),
    collectively known as "Allianz Group of Companies".
  7. The individual customers must currently hold an insurance policy with any of the Allianz Group of Companies that is valid and is in-force as at 31 July 2018. Such individual customers must also be the named policy owners as shown in the records of Allianz Group of Companies.
  8. To participate, the eligible participant (“Participant”) must register for this Campaign by completing the following steps:-
    1. Visit https://www.Allianzexclusive.com.my/classic-tour (“Campaign Website”) and submit all the required information below:
      • Full Name as it appears in the Participant’s policy contract with Allianz Group of Companies;
      • Identification number as captured in the system of Allianz Group of Companies;
      • Participant’s mobile phone number;
      • Participant’s email address;
      • Participant’s correspondence address; and
      • Complete the slogan on the Campaign Website.
    2. Verify email address submitted by clicking on the link sent to Participant by Allianz acknowledging the submission via a ‘Thank You’ email from ‘Noreply@allianzexclusive.com.my’
    3. Share the Campaign Website via Facebook’s share button on Allianz’s Successful Email Verification email.
  9. The cut-off date for registration to the Campaign is 21 September 2018 23:59pm. For each Participant who has successfully registered before 26 August 2018 23:59pm will be eligible for both stages as describe in paragraph 3 above.
  10. Ineligibility and Disqualification
  11. The following will NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign:
    • Employees of Allianz and Allianz Group of Companies whether on a permanent or on a contractual basis and their immediate family;
    • Agents of Allianz Group of Companies; and
    • Employees of vendors, suppliers, advertisers and agents involved in the organizing of this Campaign.
  12. Participants who have committed or are suspected of committing any fraud, unlawful or wrongful acts in relation to their participation in this Campaign shall be disqualified from the Campaign.
  13. Allianz is entitled to, at its absolute discretion, disqualify/reject any Participant who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the Campaign and/or its process or the operations of this Campaign. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Campaign.

  16. All winners shall be notified via Email registered in the Campaign Website on the date of the announcements stated above.
  17. All winners may redeem their tickets for the Concert at the location stated below on the dates and time stipulated:-
    1. Between  01 – 04 October 2018  from 10.00am – 19.00pm
    2. Star Planet Sdn Bhd
      62-2, Jalan Metro Pudu,
      Fraser Business Park, Off Jalan Yew
      55100 Kuala Lumpur

      OR

    3. On the day of the Concert, 7 October 2018 from 15.00pm – 18.00pm

  18. All winners must present their original proof of identity that matches with the identification number submitted during the Campaign registration for verification to redeem the tickets for the Concert.
  19. If a winner could not be present for ticket collection from 01 – 04 October 2018 at the Star Planet office, the winner may send a representative to redeem the tickets on behalf. The representative is required to present the following:
    1. A photocopy of proof of identity of the winner;
    2. A letter of authority signed by the winner – the letter should contain:
      • Name of Winner as per submission during the Campaign registration,
      • Name and identification number of the Winner’s representative, and
      • A photocopy of the NRIC of the Winner’s representative.
    3. His/her original proof of identity that matches with the data in the letter of authority as verification to redeem the tickets for the Concert
  20. For collection by a winner on the day of the Concert - 07 October 2018 at Allianz Prize Redemption Booth, Axiata Arena, the winner is required to be present to collect the tickets with his original proof of identity.
  21. Each winner is entitled to win one (1) prize only for the whole Campaign.
  22. Allianz will not be responsible for any lost, damage or stolen tickets once the tickets have been redeemed.
  23. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
  24. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited.
  25. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in the Campaign and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winners.
  26. Campaign Mechanic
  27. All submissions received for the Campaign will be assigned to a running number starting from serial number “1” according to the registration date and time.
  28. The serial numbers allocated to each qualified submission will be tabulated to derive the total serial number. The total serial number will then be divided by total number of prizes to be given out for each stage of the two stages of the Campaign (105 for the 1st stage announcement and 115 for 2nd stage announcement) to derive the number to serve as a multiplier to select the qualified Participants to stand a chance to be winners.
  29. For example:

    For 1st stage  to choose 105 winners:

    1. Total qualified entries received before 26 August 2018 23:59pm is 5,775.
    2. 5,775 will then be divided by 105 which equals to 55.
    3. Entry of the Participants which is assigned with serial number of multiplier of 55 (i.e. 55, 110, 165, 220 and etc.) will be the qualified Participants to stand a chance to be winners.

    For 2nd stage to choose 115 winners:

    1. Total qualified entries received before 21 September 2018 23:59pm is 8,000.
    2. 8,000 will then be divided by 115 which equals to 69.5 and will be rounded down to 69.
    3. Entry of the Participants which is assigned with serial number of multiplier of 69 (i.e. 69, 138, 207, 276 and etc.) will be the qualified Participants to stand a chance to be winners.
    4. The first 100 qualified Participants will stand a chance to win CAT2 Tickets and remaining 15 qualified Participants will stand a chance to win GOLD Tickets
  30. The slogans provided by the qualified Participants will then be assessed by a panel of judges selected by Allianz to choose winners based on the appropriateness and creativity of each submission.
  31. If any of the slogans do not pass the assessment, the entry will be disqualified and the next serial number after the disqualified Participant will be used to assess the slogan.
  32. The decisions made by the panel of judges will be final and no correspondences will be entertained.
  33. Allianz reserves the right to publish the winning slogans used for the Campaign and the Participants shall be deemed to have provided their consent for Allianz to use the slogans for any promotional or marketing events without any compensation or need for prior notification.
  34. General Terms and Conditions
  35. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Allianz in respect of the Campaign shall be final.
  36. Allianz reserves the right to:
    1. Vary the Campaign Period, suspend, cancel or terminate the Campaign with or without any prior notice or reason. For avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Allianz shall not entitle the Participant to any claim or compensation against Allianz for any and all losses or damages incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, suspension or variation; and
    2. Forfeit prizes and disqualify the Participant in the event of non-compliance by the Participant of the Terms and Conditions.
  37. Allianz and Allianz Group of Companies shall:
    1. Not be liable for any losses, damages or costs incurred or suffered by any Participant as a result of participation in this Campaign;
    2. Not be liable if the Participant is unable to access the Campaign Website due to any system interruptions, internet or power failure; and
    3. Not be liable for any default of its obligations under this Campaign due to any force majeure event which includes but is not limited to Acts of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Allianz or Allianz Group of Companies , including the cancellation or postponement of the Concert.
  38. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
  39. By participating in this Campaign, the Participant and/or representative of the Participant (if any) consents and agrees that Allianz is entitled to:
    1. Collect, process and use the personal data submitted for the purpose of this Campaign including disclosing the same / partial to our service/fulfillment providers for prize collection;
    2. Use and publish limited amount of the personal data (e.g. name, photos and campaign entry) for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation or need for prior notification (if necessary);
    3. For marketing and promoting products and services by Allianz and Allianz Group of Companies. If the Participant and/or representative of the Participant (if any) wish to cease receiving any marketing material or no longer wish to be contacted for our marketing purposes, please email Allianz at customer.service@allianz.com.my to notify us to cease such marketing and promotional activities.  This request will take 2 to 4 weeks to take effect.
  40. The Participant agrees to access the Campaign Websites at regular intervals to view the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and to be kept up-to- date on any change or variation to the Terms and Conditions.
